Sourcing · Collection Management · Automotive Travel

Everything that comes with owning the cars — except the part you enjoy.

We source what you're looking for, manage what you already own, and handle the travel to wherever the season takes you. Quietly, and in one relationship.

Sourcing is charged only on a completed acquisition. Travel passes through at cost. Collection management runs on a straightforward monthly retainer.

One Relationship, Three Things Handled

Owning the Cars Should Be the Easy Part.

01 · Collection Management

The Only Thing You Should Have to Remember Is Which One to Drive.

Registrations. Insurance. Service intervals. Storage across every property. Handled quietly, before any of it becomes your problem — so the only decision left is which car you're taking out this weekend.

RegistrationEvery renewal tracked across every jurisdiction, filed before it comes due.
InsurancePolicies reviewed annually, agreed values kept current, claims carried on your behalf.
ServiceIntervals scheduled with the right specialist for each marque. History kept complete.
StorageClimate-controlled facilities, seasonal rotation, and transport between residences.
ReadinessCars fuelled, charged, detailed and waiting — at whichever house you're arriving at.
ValuationA current market position on every car, for insurance, estate planning, or timing a sale.

03 · Travel & Experiences

Wherever the Season Takes You, the Logistics Are Already Handled.

Flights, residences, hospitality access, ground transport, and the timing between all of it — arranged end to end. Whether you're showing a car, watching one race, or simply driving somewhere worth the drive.

Costs go directly on your account, at cost. We charge for the planning, never a margin on the travel.

How a First Engagement Works

Structured So You Don't Have to Take Much on Faith.

A new relationship should cost you very little to test. Ours is built so that it does.

You pay vendors directly.

Travel, hospitality, storage and specialists are billed to your account at cost. We charge a flat coordination fee and never a margin on someone else's invoice.

Sourcing is success-fee only.

No deposit and no retainer held against a search. Nothing is owed until the car is acquired and in your possession.

No commitment to begin.

A first engagement is a single project, or month to month. No annual term, no notice period, no cancellation provisions.

Everything in writing, first.

A written scope of engagement and our certificate of insurance are provided before any work begins — not on request.

Itemised invoicing.

Every invoice separates third-party cost from our fee, line by line. Nothing is bundled and nothing is rounded.

Introductions, not intermediaries.

Where a dealer, specialist or auction house is the right answer, we introduce you directly. We don't stand between you and a relationship you should own.

Engagement & Fees

Who We Work With

Our clients own more cars than they have time for, in more places than they can reasonably keep track of. They know exactly what they want next, and they have neither the hours nor the appetite to go find it themselves.

They are not looking for a service. They are looking for someone who will already have handled it.

Inquiries

Begin a Conversation.

Tell us what you're looking for, or what's currently taking up more of your time than it should. We'll reply within two business days.

Every engagement begins with a written scope and our certificate of insurance — before anything is agreed.

Held in confidence. Never shared, never listed.

The Principal

Why This, Why Now.

I grew up the way a lot of car people do — drawn to something I couldn't fully explain, and not particularly bothered by that. The cars I couldn't afford to own, I read about. The races I couldn't attend, I followed closely. By the time I was old enough to do something about it, I'd spent a decade in tech instead — building products, managing complexity, learning how to make difficult things run quietly.

Concours Partners is what happens when that decade meets the obsession that preceded it. The skills transferred more directly than I expected. The passion never needed transferring at all.

I built this for clients who feel the same way about their cars that I do — and who deserve someone in their corner who actually does too.
